PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Cat Trees have a Seven-Year warranty on construction and stability. This warranty does not apply to carpet/sisal wear and tear or any alterations done by customer. This warranty applies to normal indoor use by cats only, and is voided by outdoor use, misuse, damage while transporting (other than during initial delivery), use by other animal species, and acts of nature.
This limited warranty on construction and stability covers the following.
Posts or Components becoming loose that cannot be secured with a screwdriver or hammer.
Splits in wood that specifically cause components to become loose.
We do not pay for shipping and handling on warranty returns sent back to us. We will pay for shipping the item back to you that is under warranty after it is repaired/replaced. Items returned under this warranty policy will be repaired to useable condition and returned to customer. Refunds will not be sent.

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges are listed with each item's pricing information on the shopping cart. These costs apply to the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping and handling prices listed are for INSURED UPS GROUND SERVICE ONLY, any upgrade in shipping service will need additional charges depending on weight and area shipped to via UPS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Cat Trees, Scratching Posts etc. are CUSTOM MADE to order based on the Style, Options and Colors chosen by the Customer. Once built, a product becomes a unique item based on the Customers preferences. Due to this, it can often be difficult to resell if the order is cancelled or the product is refused. If your order is in the process of being built or is packaged, but not shipped, at the time of cancellation there is a 25% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped at the time of cancellation the Return Policy Prevails Plus 25% cancellation fee & return shipping charges when applicable. ALL CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE CALLED IN OR EMAILED, at which time an order cancellation number will be issued.

RETURNS

If you must return something, please call (386) 734-0060 within 7 days for a return authorization number and we will accept only an UNUSED product and issue a refund or, if you choose... credit your next order.. items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping/handling fees are not refundable. Custom Orders as described above are not returnable but damage claims should be filed with the shipper as all orders are shipped insured.

IMPORTANT...Once an item has been used we are unable to
accept a return due to health and safety regulations.
