"Callie watched as I unloaded and started to assemble the tree. She knew it was for her. (Of course. Everything is for the kitty!) I assembled it loosely, as suggested, cal sat on the stairs and watched patiently and intently. Once it was all squared up and I tightened it, Callie immediately came over and started checking it out everything "floor-by-floor." She was quite satisfied and pleased that it's levels are arranged so that an older cat ( Cal's 11 yrs old) can walk/spiral down without much effort. She loves it."

Hello,

We received the boxes earlier last week--all in great condition thanks to careful packing. We finally had the time to assemble the tree on Saturday, and because the instructions were excellent, it was up in no time. We all absolutely LOVE it--it's so professionally constructed--it makes a lovely piece of functional furniture we are proud to display. The cat tree is beautiful and the perfect color !!!! Maxwell and Cleo love it !!!! They were all over it before my husband could get it out of the shipping carton. Sorry I didn't email you sooner - but they were spayed and neutered a few days ago and we've been coordinating our work schedules with neighbor nursing care so they wouldn't be alone for any significant time. They are doing better and Max spent most of his surgery night on the second level of the tree, Cleo was back on it today !!! Thanks again and we'll keep you posted and spread the word.

We just wanted to let you know that the townhouse arrived last week in good condition. The cats just love it. Both of them were investigating it as soon as my husband had it in place. We are delighted with the quality of the product and its stability. The colors work well in our room. Our big boy, Diesel, runs and jumps on it with abandon, and at 22 lbs. that is quite a bit of force hitting it. His sister Charlie loves the tube since Diesel can't get at her so easily when she's in there. Thank you for making such a good product and for the prompt delivery.

I have been meaning to write to you. I wanted to tell you and your craftspeople thank you for the custom tree. It actually is extremely successful as an exercise tree for the kittens that I have been taking in and taming from a feral colony. I have tamed about 9 kittens so far this season for adoption. What an impossible feat that is. But the cat tree has been a wonderful piece of taming furniture for keeping the kittens healthy and active, and interacting with me and my fishing poles. I throw the fly up to the top and they chase it. They have gotten so agile they fly from the ramp to other furniture. The kittens, even at age 5 weeks will climb the ramp. I don’t have any good photos yet, but will send some for you to use if you like. I don’t have any good shots of the tree itself. It’s really wonderful. Thanks so much for making it for me. I am grateful you guys did this for me at an affordable price. I knew I had a good idea—just needed someone brave enough to try it for me. Hope you consider this “ramp” design in your future line.

Hi , I just wanted to let you know that all five of our Norwegian Forest cats absolutely ADORE their oversized cat tree! We hadn't even finished putting the tree together before one impatient little girl climbed all the way up the tallest pole. The "crow's nest", as we call it, hadn't been attached yet, but she clung to the top, looked all around, and yakked at us as if to say "well, it's about TIME we got one of these!" They each have their favorite perch, but believe it or not the most popular one isn't the crow's nest, but the next one down -- the flat perch that you agreed to make special for us! Whoever gets to the tree first always picks that one. I'm really glad we thought to ask (and doubly glad you could do it!). I think the reason it's so well-liked is what I'd presumed in the beginning -- they can sprawl out all over it, and they're all so big they still have a leg or a tail hanging over the side. I also wanted to thank you for the very clear and easily followed directions. Thank you again for a great product. I foresee another tree sometime in our future.... Warmest regards,

Thanks for a great product--I've had it for a year now and its as sturdy and clean as the day it arrived. The carpet fibers aren't shredding, either. That was a big problem with furniture I've purchased in the past. My cat Linus loves it. His favorite spot is the highest perch. As you can see, everything except his left foot fits inside the large-sized nest. This was truly worth every penny.

Just wanted to let you know what a hit your Cat Tree is with our three cats. We bought it from you at the Vero Beach Cat Show. From the minute we brought it into the house they have loved it. It is the Kitty Delite model. They actually fight over the top shelf. Just a quick note to say the tree and scratching post arrived safe and sound. The color combo is fine and we love the "Paw Prints".

We'll update you with pictures when we have them. We'll also be recommending you to some breeder friends of ours who have been unable to find Cat Trees at the Shows. They raise Maine Coon cats so they require sturdy and tip-proof trees like yours that accommodate very large cats that love to sleep stretched out.

We love the Cat's Meow with Tunnel. It was easy to assemble and the construction is really well done. Our cats couldn't wait to get on it. The 1 picture only shows 4 out of the 7 but sometimes, the entire fur family is on it, crawling, climbing, playing, spying or simply lazing about...

The 2nd photo shows off the tree fully. I love the paw prints on the fabric by the way, very nice touch.

Hello there....I'm not sure if you do testimonials or not but I had to email you back about this cat tree I just recieved today. They love it. Within 30 seconds they jumped on and would not get off. I have to know if it is covered in catnip somehow. My one (large) cat Joey is so happy he doesn't know what to do next.

So thank you it was well worth the price. We might have to buy another one later.

I wanted to let you know i received the "Collectors Edition" walking stick yesterday that I had ordered over the week-end with you. The stick arrived in excellent condition! I am really pleased with it and feel proud to give such a quality stick to my brother-in-law as a gift next week for his retirement after 29 years with the same company. I'm sure he will get many years of use out of it. The penthouse was the best investment for a cat other than my cages I have ever bought. Mine is positioned by the windows in my bedroom and I set up bird feeders outside. At daybreak I raise the blinds for the cats and lower them ar dark. They run up and down it chasing each other, acting goofy. And they often sleep in the top compartment. One of the red/white boys races up the runners (the very same way each time), flies out the top, and plops down hanging half off the top platform - waiting for a kiss, whenever I go in there. This is his very special trick. I've got to catch that on camera.

Just wanted to let you know that our two kittens loved the cat tree! Basilwas on it before we had even got it upright and was on the top before Peter
could even begin screwing the top crows nest on! Rupert was initiallyscared and hid under the bed for about half an hour, but then came out tofight over who sits where!
Basil climbs up the poles at great speed, whereas Rupert climbs from ledge
to ledge.
They both like to be at the top, and neither have yet figured out how to getdown from the crows nest except to jump all the way down,which is a big jump for 6 month old kittens!

Cat tree [Aristocat] is all assembled & being guarded & used by "topcat". He won't let his brother & sister near it & they respect his wishes.
My top cat [boss] Quoddy--big red coon is very fussy--we call him "Mikey" &Mikey likes it.
The person who assembled it said "it was very well built".
The picture may take a while as I'm in the process of getting a digitalcamera & more RAM for my computer to run the camera.

I tried to find the "feather bird" toy on your website; why isn't it there or did I overlook it? My cats have more toys than I had growing up, and this is far and away the best I have ever purchased. They go crazy!!! I had them panting so hard I was afraid they'd have a heart attack ( 4 cats, ages range from 6 to 8 years) so I had to put it away! And of course they found it; and proceeded to destroy it, thus the reason I need replacements. Please send them out ASAP; if you don't have 10 replacements, I'll take what you have! The Tree is a hit! I do have to tell you that Knicky has really been loving it. He wouldn't deal with it much at first because Chanel, the "baby"claimed the whole thing.
