Most pieces are shipped via UPS or Parcel Post If an item is shipped UPS or Parcel Post, the shipping and
handling cost is listed next to its price. If no shipping and handling cost is present, then that product ships with a freight company, or is an oversized shipment that needs a special price.
We will email you when your item is shipped and provide you with the estimated day, and tracking number (when available) that UPS/ParcelPost will be delivering it. Note: UPS Delivery can take place up until about 8 pm.
We do not require a signature for delivery as many customers work and therefore are not home
during the day. If UPS/Parcel Post usually leaves packages when you are not home, they will probably do
the same with this item. If they do not leave packages, they should leave you a delivery attempt
notice with instructions.
On the estimated day of delivery, you may leave a note for the driver with instructions on where
to leave the package. If a neighbor will be home and agrees to do so, the neighbor can accept delivery.
If you have not received your item 3 days past the estimated time of delivery, please call your local UPS office if it was shipped Via UPS to see if there is a problem with delivery, or email us for updated information.
Upon delivery, if the packaging is broken open and you can see that the item inside is obviously
damaged, simply refuse the package and call us immediately at (386)734-0060. The item will come back to us for repair or replacement. Note: Incidental damage and crushing to
the exterior of the package does not mean that the item is damaged.

Please note that UPS charges a fee for changing a shipping address once a package has been shipped. This fee may be passed along to the customer.
